The 1.47-inch AMOLED Touch Display delivers sharp, high-contrast visuals for compact smartwatch and wearable interfaces where clarity and low power matter. With a 194 × 368 (Real RGB) resolution and 16.7M colors, it renders clean UI details at 283 PPI, making text and icons look crisp on a slim, wrist-friendly form factor.

Built for reliable system integration, this module supports a Quad SPI display interface and integrates an on-cell touch sensor with I2C touch communication. It runs at 60 Hz in normal mode and can drop to 15 Hz in idle mode for power saving. Typical luminance is 450 nits (400 min / 450 typ / 500 max), and viewing angles reach 80° min / 85° typ (T/B/L/R, CR ≥ 200) for consistent readability across everyday viewing angles. The panel provides a 17.46 × 33.12 mm active area within a 19.36 × 36.17 mm outline and uses a 34-pin FPC bonding pad connection. Power rails include VCI 3.2–3.4 V, VDDIO 1.7–1.9 V, ELVDD 3.2–3.4 V, and ELVSS -3.4–-3.2 V, with typical panel consumption of 110 mW (450 nits @ 60 Hz) and 6.5 mW in idle mode (50 nits @ 15 Hz).

E1473AC63.B integrates an on-cell touch sensor directly on the AMOLED stack, reducing extra layers compared with add-on touch panels. This helps keep the module thin and lightweight, while improving optical clarity for small UI elements—icons look cleaner and text edges stay crisp because there’s less gap and fewer interfaces for reflection.

Touch data is handled through the built-in ZTW622 touch IC, communicating to the host via I2C, with dedicated TP_INT and TP_RST signals for stable event reporting and reliable recovery. For smartwatch and wearable controls, this on-cell architecture supports responsive taps and swipes while simplifying system design: you get a compact display + touch solution without needing an additional external touch module or extra bonding steps.

For most electronics engineers, our specifications are enough to run the display, and we will provide some assistance.
But Gesight Display is not a school, if customers don`t know the basic knowledge to design circuit boards, we suggest using our controller board to drive the display.

First, you need to check whether this display has On-cell or In-cell touch panel, if has, it only needs to add a cover glass on it. If not, it needs an external touch panel.
(On-cell and In-cell are integrated PCAP touch panels on the display screen)
Because the shape of the cover glass depends on the design of the clients, to avoid infringement of appearance,  most of the developers need different customized touch panels.
Gesight Display can provide a customized touch screen with a low cost of tooling charge.

1. UPS/Fedex/DHL/TNT, the best choice for most clients, 3~7 days to arrive.
2. Aliexpress standard ship, this way is cheap and slow, usually take more than 10 days. Only for samples.
3. For Russian clients, EMS or Aliexpress shipment is better.

Most display panels are from giant manufacturers such as BOE, Sharp, LG, EDO, AUO, etc. They have already tested with strict standards.
For OEM products from Panox Display factory, please check the quality test standards.   

The lifetime is different on different images, check the lifetime on datasheet to study it. 

If your Raspberry Pi can support the interface of the display panel, and you know how to program on Raspberry Pi, you can connect to our display.
If you don`t know or don`t want to write a display program on Raspberry Pi, it`s better to get an HDMI controller board from us, and Panox Display will send a config.txt file for reference.
